Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our treatments, clinic, and medical philosophy.
Dermatology
What is the best treatment for active acne?
Treatment depends on the severity. We use a combination of topical medicines, chemical peels, and sometimes oral medications or advanced lasers to stop active breakouts quickly.
How do I get rid of acne scars?
We offer MNRC (Microneedling Radiofrequency), fractional lasers, and chemical peels which are highly effective at remodeling collagen and smoothing out acne scars.
Is laser hair removal permanent?
It is technically 'permanent hair reduction'. Most patients see a 80-90% reduction in hair growth after 6-8 sessions, with remaining hair being very fine and light.
Does laser hair removal hurt?
Our US-FDA approved laser uses an advanced cooling tip, making the procedure virtually painless and highly comfortable.
What is the difference between Botox and Fillers?
Botox relaxes the muscles that cause wrinkles (like frown lines), while dermal fillers restore lost volume (like plumping lips or cheeks).
How long does Botox last?
Results typically last 3 to 6 months depending on individual metabolism.
Are chemical peels safe?
Yes, when performed by a qualified dermatologist. We customize the peel strength based on your skin type and concern.
What is PRP for hair loss?
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) uses growth factors from your own blood to stimulate dormant hair follicles and promote natural hair regrowth.
How many PRP sessions are needed?
Typically, 3 to 6 sessions spaced 3-4 weeks apart yield the best results.
Do you treat pigmentation and melasma?
Yes, we use a combination of medical-grade peels, Q-switched lasers, and tailored skincare routines to effectively manage pigmentation.
Ayurveda
What is Panchakarma?
Panchakarma is an Ayurvedic detoxification process that involves five main therapeutic treatments to cleanse the body of toxins and restore doshic balance.
How do I know my Dosha?
Our MD Ayurveda specialist, Dr. Shubhi Rao, performs Nadi Parikshan (pulse diagnosis) and a detailed consultation to determine your exact Prakriti (body constitution).
Can Ayurveda treat chronic skin conditions like Psoriasis?
Yes, Ayurveda is highly effective for chronic skin diseases. We focus on blood purification (Rakta Shodhana) and liver detox to treat the root cause.
What is Shirodhara?
Shirodhara involves gently pouring warm medicated oil over the forehead. It is excellent for stress, anxiety, insomnia, and certain neurological conditions.
Are Ayurvedic medicines safe?
Yes, we source our medicines from highly reputed, GMP-certified pharmacies to ensure they are 100% safe and free from heavy metals.
Does Ayurveda require a strict diet?
Diet (Ahar) is a crucial part of Ayurvedic healing. We recommend a personalized diet plan, but we make sure it is practical and sustainable for your lifestyle.
How long does Ayurvedic treatment take to show results?
Because Ayurveda treats the root cause rather than just symptoms, chronic conditions may take a few weeks to show significant improvement, but the results are long-lasting.
Fusion Treatments
What is a 'Fusion Treatment'?
It is our unique protocol where we combine fast-acting modern medicine (Allopathy/Dermatology) with root-cause healing from Ayurveda for the best of both worlds.
Can I take allopathic and ayurvedic medicines together?
Yes, under expert medical supervision. Our doctors cross-consult to ensure there are no drug interactions.
Is fusion treatment good for hair loss?
Absolutely. While PRP/Minoxidil stimulates immediate growth, Ayurvedic herbs like Bhringraj and stress-management therapies ensure the new hair remains healthy.
Do you offer fusion treatments for weight loss?
Yes, our obesity management protocol includes modern nutritional science, Ayurvedic Udvartana (powder massage), and lifestyle modifications.
Can PCOS be cured with fusion therapy?
While PCOS is a lifestyle disorder, our fusion therapy (Ayurvedic detox + modern hormonal management) effectively reverses symptoms and restores regular cycles.
